About Me

In my childhood - I suffered from a rare hip disease leaving me immobile from the age of 7 to 10, after which I learned how to walk again. In high school, I wrestled and played American football for 4 years.​

In my 20s - 30s… - I cycled 12,000 km over 13 months visiting 25 countries. I competed in the 400-meter freestyle for the Chinese University of Hong Kong swim team. I practised yoga in Silicon Valley and was a substitute instructor

Now in my 60s… - I learned to be compassionate. I know what it’s like to face and conquer physical challenges . Now, I want to help others help themselves. ​
